The rooftop pool was a definite highlight. It provided a great space for relaxation. Fatima at reception offered superb advice on local restaurants (I appreciated her recommendations!). The staff were very friendly and helpful, greatly enhancing the experience.
The room lacked a comforter, requiring me to adjust the AC settings to maintain comfortable temperature.

The standard double room offered ample space and very effective air conditioning. The bathroom included double sinks and provided toiletries like Clarins shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, and body cream, all contributing to a comfortable stay.

our entire visit was excellent. the valet took care of our car and we found sweets in the car when we left. check-in went great and the food was excellent. the room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable
the tissue box in the bathroom was almost empty when i checked in. i used about four tissues and it ran out. it wasn't changed when the room was cleaned. also, the room didn't have a comforter on the bed or in the closet, just sheets

The location was convenient to transportation. The room was spacious. Housekeeping provided superb service throughout my stay. Breakfast was excellent with service until 11:00 am.
The room I booked was initially unavailable. I was given a smaller, darker room. The beds were not comfortable. Two single beds were pushed together instead of a double bed.
