The rooftop pool was a definite highlight. It provided a great space for relaxation. Fatima at reception offered superb advice on local restaurants (I appreciated her recommendations!). The staff were very friendly and helpful, greatly enhancing the experience.
The room lacked a comforter, requiring me to adjust the AC settings to maintain comfortable temperature.

The standard double room offered ample space and very effective air conditioning. The bathroom included double sinks and provided toiletries like Clarins shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, and body cream, all contributing to a comfortable stay.

some shortcomings for the price
noisy air conditioning uncomfortable bed
the room was a bit underwhelming it didn't feel quite luxurious. the bed was two singles pushed together not comfortable. the air conditioning was noisy making it difficult to sleep soundly. i expected more from a hotel at this price point.

useful toiletries welcome cake convenient location cute staff
the hotel location is convenient near various attractions. the staff are very cute. i found the provided toiletries including the toothbrush and toothpaste to be useful. a piece of cake along with a welcome note from the hotel manager was a pleasant surprise.
my room lacked a comforter on the bed i had to adjust the ac to warm the room.

excellent visit valet service comfortable bed
our entire visit was excellent. the valet took care of our car and we found sweets in the car when we left. check-in went great and the food was excellent. the room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable

The location was convenient to transportation. The room was spacious. Housekeeping provided superb service throughout my stay. Breakfast was excellent with service until 11:00 am.
The room I booked was initially unavailable. I was given a smaller, darker room. The beds were not comfortable. Two single beds were pushed together instead of a double bed.
